About our UK pet transportation service

Are you licenced and insured to carry pets?

We hold DEFRA Type 2 authorisation to transport pets issued by the UK government – this is the highest level – not all pet transporters have this!. A Type 2 licence allows us to transport pets on road journeys up to and over 12 hours in duration. Please ask to see our licence when making a booking. We are fully insured to transport pets.

How expensive is a pet transport company?

You might be surprised at how reasonable our quotes are. Our rates are very competitive and for many customers, their time is worth more than what we charge.

We currently offer special fixed prices for your local trips including visits to vets, groomers, kennels within a 10-mile radius of our Banbury base in Oxfordshire (OX16) at just £10 each way .

How will you care for my pet on long journeys?

Our transportation service includes stops along the way, including “comfort stops” every few hours. If an overnight stop is required en route, your pet and our driver will stay in a pet friendly hotel, so you are assured of our personal attention and care for your pet at all times. You’ll get photos and updates throughout their trip.

Your pets will be safe and comfortable as they travel and you’ll be worry-free. All our drivers are well-trained and dedicated to providing your pet with the kindness and care needed during this very important process.

How much experience do you have?

Our drivers are importantly all pet lovers, all are pet first aid trained and have many years’ experience transporting owned and rescue cats and dogs in the UK and Europe .We are extremely proud of our excellent testimonials and reviews .

What's the largest size of dog you can carry?

Our specially adapted vehicles have fixed cages which allow for the solid partition on the large double cages to be removed to create a super-size cage for extra large dogs, vital for those long trips

How do you ensure pet areas are clean?

Pet areas are thoroughly disinfected using Parvo Virucide and cleaned after each pet in order to ensure that your pets travel safely. Vet bedding is washed in a 90 degree disinfecting wash after each pet

Will I be kept informed of my pet's progress?

Our driver will provide photos and updates throughout the trip. All vehicles have GPS Tracking so your pets journey is monitored and we always know exactly where your pet is.
